What can block completion
- Missing months
- Ambiguous masked identity
- Opening, closing or running balances that do not reconcile
- Local financial data
- Coverage and reconciliation are calculated from the local ledger and retained evidence.
- Privacy or AI boundary
- These checks are deterministic after a statement is structured and do not require managed AI.

- Import the missing source, confirm identity, or open the statement recovery page. Never add, delete or edit rows merely to force arithmetic to agree.

Check statement coverage
- Open Analysis and choose Data confidence.
- Select the affected account or month.
- Read the missing period and import that statement from Inbox.
- Refresh financial analysis after import completes.

Confirm an account
- Open Analysis → Accounts, or select Confirm account on the Inbox item.
- Compare institution, account type, currency and masked identity.
- Choose an existing account only when the evidence agrees; otherwise keep it separate or provisional.

Resolve a reconciliation difference
- Open the affected statement recovery page.
- Compare the statement balance, locally calculated balance, exact difference, period and parser version.
- Choose Re-read statement to run the current certified parser locally without AI, network access or credits.
- Review the exact before-and-after evidence before accepting a stronger reconciling interpretation. If mapping is ambiguous or the reread is not stronger, Position makes no change.

Report a parser issue safely
Report parser issue prepares an opaque case ID and a field-by-field privacy-safe diagnostic preview. Copy or share is explicit; creating the report sends nothing. Full-statement donation remains a separate, stronger consent path.
